Brief introduction of China's coal production and supply from Jan. to Oct.

According to relevant data, the coal output of coal enterprises above designated size reached 2. 9 billion tons in the first ten months of 2018, up 5.4% year on year.
 
According to China's customs statistics, China imported 250 million tons of coal in the first ten months, up 11.5% year on year. Among them, China imported 23.08 million tons of coal in October, up 8.5% year on year. Meanwhile, China has exported a total of 3.94 million tons of coal in the first ten months, down 41% year on year.
 
China’s coal shipment by rail was 200 million tons in October, up 6.5% year on year. And the cumulative volume was 1.97 billion tons in the first ten months, up 9.5% year on year.
 
China's key power plants stored 91.99 million tons of coal at the end of October, which is available for 28 days.
 
National Bureau of Statistics data displayed that the operating income of coal mining and washing industry was 2,162.97 billion yuan, up 4.9% year on year. Among them, the main business income was 1,992.3 billion yuan, up 5.7% year on year. The total profit was 256.17 billion yuan, up 10.7% year on year. And operating costs were 1,556.01 billion yuan, up 3.7% year on year. Among them, the main business cost was 1,398.72 billion yuan, up 4.7% year on year.
