Henan's electric coal situation of unified management power plants in Oct.

According to Henan Energy Regulatory Office of National Energy Administration, the total imported coal of the unified management power plants in Henan province was 10.105 million tons in October 2018, up 1.0349 million tons on the month, and up 8.67% year on year. The average daily imported coal was 326 thousand tons. The total coal consumption for power generation was 8.0412 million tons, down 852.5 thousand tons on the month, and up 5.15% year on year. The average daily coal consumption was 259.4 thousand tons (the power generation decreased by 1.398 billion kWh from the previous month). The average daily coal storage in the month was 7.5716 million tons. Among them, the most coal storage was 8.3647 million tons, and the least coal storage was 6.3922 million tons.
 
According to the different sources, Henan's thermal coal can be divided into two major categories: coal from Henan province and coal from other provinces. 58 unified management power plants of provincial power grids in Henan province purchased 10.105 million tons of coal in October, and the coal from Henan province occupied a dominant position in Henan's electric coal market. The cumulative monthly volume of purchased coal was 5.9687 million, accounting for 59.07% of the total purchased coal, and the cumulative monthly volume of purchased coal from other provinces was 4.3163million tons, accounting for 40.93% of the total purchased coal.
 
Among them, Zhengzhou Coal Industry Group, China Pingmei Shenma Group and Yima Meiye Group's coal output accounted for 54.66% of the total coal output in Henan, and the province's local mines' coal output accounted for 37.16% of the total coal output in Henan.
 
In addition, a total of 4.1363 million tons of coal was purchased from other provinces in October. The coal mainly comes from Shanxi and Shaanxi, accounting for 64.56% and 29.30% respectively of the total purchased coal from other provinces.
