Hebei's coal transported by water to the port will be congregated by railway

Recently, Transportation Department of Hebei Province issued an action plan to optimize and adjust the transportation structure. According to the plan, Hebei Province will strive to complete the local railway freight volume of 400 million tons and the volume of container transported by multimodal transport will achieve 500,000 TEU by 2020.

Meanwhile, all of Hebei's coal transported by water to the port will be congregated by railway at the end of 2018.
