According to Tangshan Labor Daily, the People's Government of Caofeidian District and Datong Coal Mine Group signed a framework cooperation agreement at Nanhu Purple Swan Hotel in Tangshan on November 19. The two parties decided to use Caofeidian as the main base for coal sales and transportation by water of Datong Coal Mine Group. They will gradually transfer all business of coal transportation by water and other businesses related to coal logistics in Qinhuangdao to Caofeidian.
Hu Guohui, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and executive deputy mayor of the municipal government, attended the signing ceremony and delivered a speech.
