China Shenhua's commercial coal sales increased by 11.6% in October

According to the announcement issued by China Shenhua on November 16, China Shenhua's commercial coal output was25.6 million tons in October 2018, up 7.6% year on year, and up 6.22% on the month. And the coal sales volume was 38.4 million tons, up 11.6% year on year and down 2.29% on the month.

The cumulative volume of China Shenhua 's commercial coal output was 245.6million in the first ten months of 2018, up 0.2% year on year. And the cumulative volume of coal sales was 378.4million, up 4.3% year on year.

The volume of China Shenhua's seaborne coal was 22.5 million tons in October, up 21% year on year and down 7.41% on the month. Among them, the volume of seaborne coal at Huanghua Port was 15.8 million tons, up 13.7% year on year and down 12.22% on the month. The volume of seaborne coal at Shenhua Tianjin Coal Terminal was 3.9 million tons, up 30% year on year, and it was flat on the month.

The cumulative volume of China Shenhua's seaborne coal was 221.6 million tons in the first ten months of 2018, up 3.4% year on year. Among them, the cumulative volume of seaborne coal at Huanghua Port was 158.5 million tons, up 5% year on year. The cumulative volume of seaborne coal at Shenhua Tianjin Coal Terminal was 37.7 million tons, up 5.6% year on year.

In addition, China Shenhua generated 21.45 billion kWh of electricity in October 2018, up 2.5% year on year. The cumulative volume of power generation was 235.11 billion, up 8.1% year on year. The total sales of electricity were 20.05 billion kWh in October, up 2.4% year on year. The cumulative volume of sales was 220.49 billion, up 8.2% year on year.
