Su Jin Energy Holdings Co., Ltd. settled in Shuozhou

According to Shuozhou Industrial and Commercial Bureau, the strategic key project of energy cooperation between Shanxi and Jiangsu - Su Jin Energy Holdings Co., Ltd. officially settled in Shuozhou.

Six companies, including Jiangsu Guoxin Co., Ltd., Datong Coal Mine Group, China Coal Pingshuo Group Co.,LTD., Shanxi Shentou, Datang Power Generation Co., LTD. and Shanxi Yangguang Power Generation Co., LTD. ,signed a joint venture contract in Taiyuan City to jointly establish Su Jin Energy Holdings Co., Ltd on February 5, which was for purpose of further implementing the deployment of energy cooperation between Shanxi and Jiangsu and accelerating the electricity transmission speed from Shanxi to Jiangsu.

Su Jin Energy Holdings Co., Ltd. has a registered capital of 6 billion yuan, and its business scope is investment and operation of Yanhuai DC supporting power point project. According to the contract, Su Jin Energy Holdings Co., Ltd. holds 4 energy projects in Shanxi Province with a total installed capacity of 5.16 million kilowatts.

In the next step, the company plans to carry out investment and consulting services of coal fuel and natural gas trade, coal mine and other energy projects, and further expand the cooperation between the two provinces in economic field to achieve complementary advantages and win-win development.
