Shaanxi abolished 22 provincial government regulations on coal

Shaanxi Provincial Government issued an order to abolish 22 provincial government regulations. Among them, which are “Regulations on Mineral Resources Reserves in Shaanxi Province”, which was published on November 5, 2000, “Interim Provisions of the Investigation on Administrative Responsibility for Coal Mine Production Safety in Shaanxi Province”, which was published on November 17, 2007, “Regulations on Deposits of Geological Environment Governance and Restoration for Mines in Shaanxi Province”, which was published on April 20, 2013, “Provisions of the Investigation on Administrative Responsibility for Major Safety Accidents set by Shaanxi Provincial People's Government”, which was published on November 30, 2001, “Regulations on the Supervision on Safety Facilities of Construction Projects in Shaanxi Province”, which was published on September 29, 2007. And other provincial government regulations related to coal are abolished as well.

Measures for the Implementation of Forest Fire Prevention Regulations in Shaanxi Province, which was published on May 18, 1991. Regulations on the Prevention and Mitigation of Landslide Disasters in Shaanxi Province, which was published on June 15, 2000. Regulations on Geological Environment in Shaanxi Province, which was published on September 19, 2001. Regulations on the Supervision on Tailings Reservoir Safety in Shaanxi Province, which was published on July 25, 2006. And there are some regulations that do not be mentioned in this passage are abolished as well.
