Shandong produced 9.875 million tons of raw coal in Oct.

According to the latest dispatching data released by Shandong Provincial Coal Mine Safety Administration on Nov. 8th, coal mines in Shandong produced 9.875 million tons of raw coal in Oct., down 1.6 million tons or 13.94% compared with 11.475 million tons of last month, and down 1.318 million tons or 11.78% compared with 11.193 million tons of last year.
 

The cumulative volume of raw coal produced by coal mines in Shandong was 105.915 million in the first ten months, up 227 thousand tons or 0.21% year on year.
 

There was 1 accident in all coal mines in Shandong Province in Oct., 21 people have died, and the death rate per million tons was 2.127. The specific situation was that the accident happened on October 20 at Longyun Coal Mining Co. Ltd. in Yuncheng County, causing 21 people’s death in the rock burst.
