Recently, off-peak production plan of steel industry in Tangshan in autumn and winter from 2018-2019 has been published through an executive meeting of Tangshan Government.
 
As Jinxi Steel and Ganglu Iron and Steel have closed some steelmaking equipments in advance, they can produce a more 1047 thousand tons of steel and 650 thousand tons of steel respectively. Blast furnace capacity limits in autumn and winter in Tangshan are 25.0826 million tons, accounting for 42.57% of the blast furnace capacity that were integrated into off-peak scope. Calculated with policy encouragement and supporting elements, blast furnace capacity limits in autumn and winter in Tangshan are 18.5922 million tons, accounting for 31.55% of the blast furnace capacity that were integrated into off-peak scope.
