With the shaft closure of Xiaonan Village in Lu’an, the task of dissolving coal overcapacity in the 13^th Five-Year period in Changzhi has completed in two years’ advance.

Since 2016, there are totally 11 closed coal mines in Changzhi, eliminating 5700 thousand tons of coal capacity.Specifically, there were 3 closed mines, eliminating 2100 thousand tons of capacity in 2016. There were 3 closed mines, eliminating 1650 thousand tons of capacity in 2017. There were 5 closed mines, eliminating 1950 thousand tons of capacity in 2018.
