According to the Ministry of Commerce of China, the country’s coal prices rose 0.4% last week (October 22- October 28). Among them, the prices of coking coal, anthracite and thermal coal were 777 yuan/mt, 880 yuan/mt and 607 yuan/mt respectively, up 1.0%, 0.4% and 0.3% respectively.
Steel prices rose 0.5% last week. Among them, the prices of screw-thread steel, high speed wire rod and channel steel were 4458 yuan/mt, 4547 yuan/mt and 4407 yuan/mt respectively, up 0.6%, 0.6% and 0.3% respectively.
