NDRC convened a special session about railway development

In order to implement the construction implementation plan of railway system of coal transportation from north to south and boost the key tasks of the construction of railway system of coal transportation from north to south from 2018 to 2020, Secretary of Basic Industries and Bureau of Operations of National Development and Reform Commission, together with Bureau of Coal and Bureau of Electricity of National Energy Administration convened a special session on October 25.

At the meeting, they listened to the key tasks progress, existing problems, opinions and suggestions of the construction of railway system of coal transportation from north to south stated by relevant departments. Representatives from Development and Reform Department of China Railways Corporation, Taiyuan Bureau, Wuhan Bureau, Xi’an Bureau, Chengdu Bureau, MengHua Group, National Energy Investment Group co. LTD, Development and Reform Commission of Hebei, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Jiangxi, Henan, Hubei, Hunan, Chongqing, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan, Shaanxi, Gansu and Xinjiang attended the meeting.
