China's coal consumption rose 3% in the first nine months

Although China has implemented total coal consumption control in key areas in recent years, China's coal consumption has increased significantly this year.
 
On October 16th, China Energy News reporter learned from the fifth member representative meeting of China Coal Industry Association that China’s coal consumption was about 2.875 billion tons in the first nine months of this year, up 84 million tons or 3% year on year.
