According to data from the National Bureau of Statistics, China's producer price index (PPI) fell 1.0% month-on-month and 1.5% year-on-year in March, with both the month-on-month and year-on-year declines widening. The expansion of PPI decline is mainly affected by the sharp drop in crude oil prices and the pressure on domestic manufacturing industry, while the sharp drop in crude oil prices has a greater impact on the energy and chemical industry chain. At the same time, hydropower will continue to generate power in the second quarter, further squeezing thermal power market share, and thermal power coal demand will be reduced. Comprehensive analysis, it is expected that the short - term Inner Mongolia thermal coal prices will continue to run low.
