Coal output-transportation-sales situation from Jan.-Feb. in Anhui Province

By the end of February 2020, the province had 41 registered production mines with an annual capacity of 126.96 million tons, according to data released by the Anhui Provincial Energy Bureau.
In February, Anhui Province produced 7.9536 million tons of raw coal, up 445,900 tons or 5.94% year on year. From January to February, Anhui's cumulative raw coal output was 15.72223 million tons, down 1.804 million tons or 10.29 percent year on year.
In February, Anhui Province sold 6.0695 million tons of coal, down 27,900 tons or 0.46% from a year earlier. Among them, the province sold 4.9135m tons, accounting for 80.96%; Sales outside the province reached 1,155,900 tons, accounting for 19.04%, an increase of 80,000 tons or 7.44% year on year.
In February, it sold 4.117,400 tons by railway transportation, accounting for 67.84% of the total, down 216,000 tons or 5.54% year on year. Automobile transportation sales reached 1.9088 million tons, accounting for 31.45%, up 254,700 tons or 11.77% year on year. Water transport at ports sales were 43,300 tons, accounting for 0.71%, an increase of 10,800 tons, or 33.28%.
Coal mine inventory at the end of February was 811,000 tons, up 214,200 tons or 35.89% year on year. The production-sales ratio was 97.2 percent, down 1.54 percentage points year on year.
From January to February, Anhui Province sold 12.276,500 tons of coal, down 2.516,700 tons or 17.01% year on year. Among them, the cumulative sales in the province reached 10,302,800 tons, accounting for 83.92%; Sales outside the province were 1.97737 million tons, accounting for 16.08%, down 641,900 tons or 24.54% year on year.
From January to February, Anhui Province sold 7.401 million tons of goods through railway transportation, accounting for 60.28%, down 15.01 million tons or 16.85% year on year. Automobile transportation sales reached 1.9088 million tons, accounting for 39.06% of the total, a year-on-year decrease of 954,600 tons, or 16.6%; Water transport at ports sales were 43,300 tons, accounting for 0.67%, a decrease of 62,000 tons, or 43.15%.
