China's coal prices steadily rose last week: MOC

According to Ministry of Commerce (MOC), China's coal prices steadily rose last week (December 30th- January 5th). Among them, the prices of thermal coal were 583 Yuan/mt, the same with previous week; the prices of anthracite were 904 Yuan/mt, up 0.7% from previous week; and the prices of coking coal were 776 Yuan/mt, the same with previous week. 
 
China's steel prices were overall flat last week. Among them, the prices of high speed wire rod were 4,033 Yuan/mt, up 0.1% from previous week; the prices of deformed steel bar were 3.970 Yuan/mt, the same with previous week; and the prices of channel steel were 4,052 Yuan/mt, down 0.1% from previous week.
